Hello and bonjour,

I have been working for Austrian Airlines since 2003, where I developed a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, client orientation and appreciation for different cultures. During my work at the works council and in the trainings center, I have been responsible for various administrative and organizational tasks including data management, content management and international customer care. In 2010 I was able to gain valuable experience while working as a volunteer at the Austrian Embassy of Damascus. I enhanced my skills in the field of administrative support, communication and international relations. Furthermore I was responsible for the implementation and the editing of the Embassy's website, assisted in the organization of cultural events, I did press work and media analysis and drafted documents related to human rights and in the cultural field.
