During the past years I have participated in and managed the development of new and existing products.

At EZ Plan Systems I worked closely with the founders as a CTO to build from scratch and deliver successfully 2 products that were used by top-tier pharmaceutical companies for their teams of representatives in France. Here I managed a small team of 2 developers.

At Feel Good Apps, I designed the concept, and developed a fitness application, offering workouts with high quality video exercises and descriptions. (Available on iOS and Android, download link in the description). Here I managed a small team of non-tech people (Videographer, Designer, Content Editor etc), and one Front-end Developer.

I enjoy building data-driven applications (always defining important metrics, especially for b2c).
For managing a project, I use the latest agile methodologies, where I always break down requirements to individual tasks that last less than a day. This helps staying within budget & deadlines, and also keeps the team motivated.
