Lila Ratsimanohatra

I am young Malagasy graduate in Management and in English teaching program, and I have significant experience in both accounting and translation.

I majored in Accounting and Management Sciences at INSCAE, one of Madagascar’s Top Colleges. Meanwhile, I worked for a private cabinet as an intern accountant.
I also have been awarded the “Advanced 2 Certificate” by the English Teaching Program (ETP) after 3 years English courses. The ETP is a well-known institution of the United States Embassy in Antananarivo.

I master English, French and Malagasy : orthography, grammar, syntax, and vocabulary, and Translation work and standards are familiar for me. I’ve been working as a translator and interpreter in an association in Madagascar for 2 years now. We translate publications, articles and videos from English to Malagasy. We translate publications, articles and videos from English to Malagasy. The English scripts and texts come directly from the association’s Headquarter in the United States. They contain information about a great variety of fields. We deal with life stories and experiences, dramatizations, nature descriptions, reports, medical information, songs, and Bible-based counsels for every category of people: elderly, adults, couples, parents, youths, and kids.

I also work as a freelancer via translated.net platform. Lately I did important translation work for a company : documents had to be translated from Malagasy to French, along with revision of translated documents. My level of French is also excellent. French is Madagascar's second language and is used as the main teaching language at schools and colleges.

LateIy, I am working with Virtuoso, our new translators’ team on creating our bilingual English-Français website. We use Wordpress and related components for that project. Have a look at it and give me your comments and remarks.
