- Implementation of work monitoring and project management tool (JIRA, Github, Notion)
- Lead and coordinate development teams
- SCRUM Master (implementing SCRUM rituals, animating daily meetings, implementation of processes to improve quality and productivity)
- Management of external partners (UI/UX/development/SaaS partners)
